It is a big week here in Florida as we slowly move out of the shelter-in-place era and phase into a more normalized pattern.

Michael Saunders stated that, “as we look forward, it is really a seller’s market, we have an average of 3 months of inventory overall.”

Drayton Saunders went on to share that there is a return of confidence from buyers wanting to look at property as can be seen by the graph below outlining buyer requests to view homes. Whether it’s a good time to put your home on the market is always a property-specific answer. Price, condition and location still, and always will, command.

But the local data strongly depicts that there are buyers actively seeking to move forward, with very low housing inventory at their disposal.
